When you are hyper it is hard to hibernate. There a few birds left here in North Carolina.

A very splendid Haiku my friend! Certainly a wondrous poem, that which I enjoyed reading this fine morning! What a grandiose piece, I miss the humming birds in the winter, they are so much fun to watch in the summer! Probably the only thing I enjoy about summer, well there may be some other things...! Great Work!!

Lovely haiku. I grew up in Northern Ontario where black bears were always nearby. We didn't put up bird feeders in the summer for fear the bears would get at them.

Interesting Carol. Exactly. We have to take the feeders down in the summer, due to the bear coming through the area. Thank you for your comment on this :)
