Winelight
The glass of wine drinks a murmur of light,
dusts tablecloth with a reflected blush,
a glow of cerise on a linen face.
Garnet slowly seeps from the crisp white face
as you sip wine brushed with a swirl of light.
Across your cheeks unfurls a furtive blush.
Your lush lashes fan the flame of your blush,
pull a veil vermillion over your face,
touch your neckline with a faint rouge of light,
and hushed light swoons from the blush on your face.
