Wild Silence
Escape into wild silence
Slip away into still chilled morning
Follow each brown needle cushioned trail
toward Earth's solace
murmuring river
Whispering from where we have come
to quietly drift
through renatured meaning
Float rippling forward
into love's expansive watered mouth
without inhumane voice
Escape into ambient silence,
comforting respite
Leaving behind human,
even humane,
passion stories
persistent voices
plastered sounds;
but not tidal memories
wilderness fantasies
pleasure feelings
thick erotic choice
These accompany
Friendly and harder lessons
healing into muffled landscapes,
sea sounds,
surprising silent breezes
teasing past surfing sense
Suspensory imprinted
colored
wordlessly intoned
rhythmed patterns resonant
and dissonant,
spaciously sensualized
Needy quiet traces
relation tracks
footsteps hungry for most any thing
every one present
and unaccounted for
Embracing
inviting
wiccan silence
