Why Is It

Why is it when something good is done, That helps bring comfort and peace To those with deep pains and grief. People step in and want the credits, glory and praises or fame. They thought of themselves only. Never even helping or caring for anyone. I knew that kind of troubling situation When I chose to care for strangers. Where others only saw troubles. I fed the hungry and gave them clothes. Yet someone chose to take it away. Pinning the blame on me because, they didn't get the praises or recognition. The things I did to fill another's need was not to bring me the praises of men. It was to bring some comfort and compassion Only God should get the praises and glory. It is His children that are suffering this way. But people are so petty and selfish. They ignore the hungry or poor they always see.
