Why Have the Roses a Season To Bloom

Why have the roses a season to bloom if my beloved wants one every morning? Why? Is there another sweet scented boon rivaling the prime star of every spring? now it seems like a dreadful crime to place around my beloved neck the pale lily and the yellow jasmine, no, I only need a rose on her cheek. come all, even the humming bird and the busy bumblebees, the Wild calls! Let’s make our voices be heard I must have roses by our bedside: Be in the treetops or within the hive: Love needs no season to be alive!
