Why Do I Write
I can’t write sonnet or lyric
Nor rhyme or acrostic
But, I sure can put down a word
That’s my meaning of poetry
If I were perfect
Shakespeare would have noticed
Making me famous
Among us
But,
I just write because,
I love words
