Why Tet

Why
			             do I				
                                always sigh
                             and start to cry
       when romance comes to mind? Just for a while,
             I savor past love's sweetness as I smile.
	                 Then come the tears
     	                      and the fears
	                          that sear
	                             hope.
	                                I
                                   do cope
	                          but being 
	                       alone, seeing
	 others in love reminds me--time's fleeing.
