Who Is She Now Kissing Good Night
Who is she now kissing good night?
This lonely night I lie in bed
A single thought flows through my head
To torment me with tears I weep
And break my heart in fractures deep
Destroying all I’ve come to love
The happy times we whispered of
With memories I can’t erase
As someone new now takes my place
The words I wrote that once did sing
Seems now they did not mean a thing
For there is always someone new
To write it better than you do
So as I try to push away
This thought it seems is here to stay
To ask as I turn off the light
Who is she now kissing good night?
