My dear your eyes are where my heart has been
you have looked deep into my soul with love
to share with me a sacred covenant
as we let go of the robes of disguise
we'll wrap ourselves in love's gentle warm skin
that's soft like the whispered breath of a dove
ardent passion forever elegant
graceful and refined as our heart replies
depth and breadth of love have been born within
to lift our spirits to the sky above
where dreams we find airy and jubilant
draped in raptured light from the sun to rise
to wash over us a shimmering glow
and frame our silhouette as one shadow
