Where Life Begins

Dust return to earth a breath given
Is it darkness we fear or intrigued unseen
Bones of decaying structure to some life
Spiritual or just organisms of a molecule
Egg or chicken, whom to say first miracle
Chance to creation skeptics question reality
If we breathe, are we not real to life's pain
Joy of beauty we find living to be worthy
If just to find a piece of ourselves conquer success
Where life begins, among depths of our ruins

Similar but different, each same journey
Concept of what's to be, living the dream
Materialistic world of needs to survive weaken
one's being
Is love heart or an emotion like a switch
We choose who we are by what we represent
Evils darkness plagues mind of wicked hatred
Heart loves even through tears of pain, you find true
soul or how could you feel alive
Even love we share, where life begins; strangers
of distance world
We was created love another as we love ourselves
So where you begin, determines reflection you see in outcome
