Where Have All the Babies Gone
soft cotton candies inside pink mittens.
red cherry lips that used to kiss my chin.
little hands that reaching stuff toys in crib.
round and browny -eyes that twinkle when awake.
small toes are kicking when play time has occurred.
the sweet berries smell around my neck.
those happy moments that I missed.
the place and time I now couldn't reach.
where have all the babies gone.
I whisper softly in the sky.
Years have gone away....
It seems like t'was happened yesterday.
But all the details keep remain.
From the first time your heartbeat was felt.
'Til the day you've grown and left.
