Where Did the Time Go

How did the time fly away? It seems they were young minutes ago And then, so quickly, they did grow. Was it really more than a day? They were brides just recently. How did the time fly away? It seems just the other day They were children playing with me. How did the time fly away? Why did they all grow up so fast? Why did the years go flying past? It seems like yesterday. Now my children have children too And time for them will also fly. Grandbabies grown, they'll wonder why The years so quickly flew.

I share these same thoughts, watching and watching as they grow, change seem to fly away. It is hard to let them go...and yet we must. Well done, Francine! ~ Carrie

Hi, Francine. Sometimes I ask myself the same question you ask yourself in your lovely poem, " Where Did The Time Go ". Once we were young and beautiful...having the time of our lives, but now we realize what we have lost and will never return. I hope you are having a Happy Thanksgiving with your loved ones. Thanks for your kind comments this morning. God bless you with your dear ones. Peace and Love, Andrew.
