Where Are You Now
Where are you now? I can still see your smile.
Come back to my island and stay for a while.
It's been so many years. I can still feel the pain.
We can walk in the sunshine and dance in the rain.
Remember those days when we were so in love
Wrapped in your arms while the stars shone above
Where are you now? I can still see your eyes.
The touch of your lips, I can still hear your sighs.
Will you come back again and never depart?
Can you fill up this void that you left in my heart?
There are beaches and palm trees on this island serene.
The sun on the horizon is a miraculous scene.
Barefoot and carefree we can walk in the sand.
At peace with the world, we can walk hand in hand.
Where are you now? Can I see you again?
Can you close your eyes and remember when
We would awaken each morning to tropical charms
And spend each evening in each others arms
As my ship sets sail and I stand on the bow
I can't help wondering. Where are you now?
