When We Dream
When I dream
I leave behind
The pain that
Shackles
Tackles
Pins me to the earth
When poets dream
They give flight
To thoughts once tied
To impossible
Improbable
Now comes to life
When dreamers dream
They are not just idyling by
Letting time slip away
Their fruits are not tangible
Yet important so
Let a dreaming dreamer lay
