When Two Hearts Blend
When two hearts blend, a whispered, gentle sigh,
A tapestry of souls, beneath a shared sky.
No longer separate beats, but one soft, flowing stream,
A waking, wondrous, interwoven dream.
The edges blur, where "you" and "I" once stood,
Replaced by "we," a bond of understood.
A silent language, spoken in a glance,
A rhythmic cadence, in a loving dance.
The shadows fade, where loneliness once reigned,
By tender warmth, a solace now obtained.
A fragile trust, like petals, soft and deep,
Where secrets bloom, and promises they keep.
The jagged pieces, scattered far and wide,
Now fit together, with a tender tide.
A mended whole, where brokenness once lay,
A brighter dawn, when dark night melt away.
And in that blend, a magic takes its hold,
A story written, braver, to unfold.
Two souls entwined, a love that knows no end,
When two hearts blend, a universe they mend.
