When Moonlight
When Moonlight...
When moonlight paints night silver and ivory light drips from leaves...
When moonbeams glide on water's tides, a platinum kiss on midnight's cheek...
When ebony skies sprinkle glitter on Claire de Lune's sleepy eyes...
When moonglow flows like satin gilding night in pale shimmer...
When moon stars blush in amber hush of star flung serenades...
I embrace the mystic glaze then gaze transfixed into midsummer blue.
