When Chewing Gum Just Isn'T Fun

There's chewing gum stuck to my shoe
It's acting like tough super glue
I cuss and I scoff
As I scrape it off
I’m lucky it wasn’t dog pooh!

Has that ever happened to you? It has to me and it takes forever to get it off! Actually I have stepped in both. The gum was the bigger problem! Haha. A fun Limerick Jan. : )

Yes it was written after I had gum stuck to my shoe it was a struggle to get it off am glad it wasn't poop I hate that foul stuff:-( hugs Jan xx

One is smelly and the other is super sticky...I can't stand them!! And they can be hard to clean up! I like how smoothly this limerick flows. Hugs // paul

Very true, Jan. It's not just streets, I have had clothes ruined by chewing gum on seats in railway carriages.
