What Does It Matter
What does it matter
Which words we choose to say,
When all of them
Are devoid of meaning?
And as pointless
As this poem,
And all of my poems
Back to back combined, can be...
I try to make sense
Of why people like me
Are allowed to walk
Among the living.
Should I cease to be now
Or wait till something happens to me?
It’s all as imperfect
As it is impermanent.
So what does it matter?
What. Does. It. Matter?a
