I say to you 2017, don't play, Must I even give a rat's tail? Go ahead and make me pay, For yes, I did say. This ain't old 2016 you player! When you high-tailed me, slayer. Beckoning you to come forward, Without me being too wayward. I'm gonna reach out there into the atmosphere, For in this New Year all will be fair! I ain't looking back or turning back, So 2017 just cut me some slack! Happy New Year to all, This is no forbidden wall. So let's hip hop hip hop Outa this old rut with a bop!
