Injured muscles, twisted feet,
make the weekend more complete.
Scratched up knees and burned by sun,
go to show we had some fun!
Mowing lawns and playing ball,
it seems as though we did it all!
So as you limp back to your school,
stand up straight and keep your cool;
the pains you feel will soon all fade,
and you’ll hold dear to memories made.
