WE SHALL OVERCOME

We shall overcome someday!!!
If we work hand in hand cried out,
By a leader who carry within him Everywhere,
He goes with a dream that burden him.
A dream to liberate his people, 
From all limitations, and all type of slavery.
He was filled with confidence, courage,
And energy brimming to outshine,
All challenges along the path. 
The people got inspired by his, 
Courage, confidence and energy.
Also they concur to his attribute...
Their enthusiasm for change rise,
They were filled with optimism.
Suddenly they drift away...
All the people are now foes to their own leader,
They no longer believe they can overcome,
They were filled with fear of the unknown.
They fought the ideas he birthed,
They choose to keep old patterns. 
Not that it's the best,
But the safest place, MEDIOCRE!
Now he's all alone and against the odds, 
I will overcome cried out loud, 
Confidently by the leader again.
Deep in my heart I do believe
When I overcome, we've overcome, because 
If I do it for me, I did it for all.
We shall overcome, he said again,
But this time without anyone there
To listen, respond and support.
But the UNIVERSE echo back his words, 
Yes, we will overcome, just believe!
