Sometimes we run, when there's nowhere to go;
Sometimes we think hard, when nothings on our mind, though we try;
Sometimes we shed those tears that fall down from the skies;
We do cry
When there's no place to go
No one loves us
and we keep thinking, asking ourselves WHY?
We do cry
Sometimes we try to hard when it's easy to just let go and let God
Sometimes we shed those sins, those things that so easily beset us
As we wander, I wonder just which way to go O' and I know
Sometimes we run, just for fun
Sometimes we think hard just cause we can
Sometimes we cry cause there's just something in our eyes
We do try
As we do cry
