We Are One
My eyes roll back and I feel
with every touch
with every brush
presented I feel
fragments of you
clinging to the fringes
of my aching soul
Caress my best and I, in turn
kiss off the worries
into the breeze
lilac licks draping
the nape of never land
leaning right into me
Time slows to a crawl and
Our moment takes off
Underneath a scarlet gaze tomorrow
Comes alive with the night
Holding on forever more
Timid my tongue slides to the sides
of your radiance and with my heartbeat
dances solo rolling off the tip basking
in the essence of your innocence
and I know I am home
your chest, my touch, one heart
and our night has yet to start
Pleasures pulse
rapid breaths brake
whispered tones take hold
your pursed lips melt my eyes
and with a longing, loving kiss
we are one
