Water Journey
A journey, water brought to me
In the shallows and depths to be
My soul was floating on a ride
Clear water leaves nothing to hide
Emotions churned like waves at sea
From where the river carried me
Then upon me, was a changing tide
Clear water leaves nothing to hide
A past calm lake in memory
Returned in vision, I could see
It released stagnant troubles inside
Clear water leaves nothing to hide
I take journeys to cleanse and flee
With all kinds of water, I’m free
I’ll find myself with all untied
Clear water leaves nothing to hide
