Pyramids Poetry Contest

NOTE: My Mom, who raised me, loved diamonds. Diamonds remind me of her love with this gemstone. She gave me a watch a couple of years or a year before she passed away ten years ago. She is always with me for her love stays with me, whether I wear the watch or leave it in a drawer.

WATCH
she gave
I treasure

when I check the time
and see the diamonds on
bezel and dial, I smile

“her love stays with me all the time”
