War Within
Creeping between bushes of hard realities,
Existence, difficult to breathe, like ice, does freeze,
Heart, as though affected by a massive attack,
Goes heartless pack; arteries of affections crack;
Feelings of faith and hope and fortitude harried,
Optimism, within graves of anguish, lay buried...!
