Void In My Life

Her presence in my life's a must, lacking such my heart remains void. Annoyed by the joy that someone else shares with her, plus this girl's bursting with beauty and poise. I have been feeling this way for to long and sadly it will linger. I should’ve listened when mother told me loving this blindly could forever lead to danger. Yet I’m no stranger to this unpleasant situation. What’s complicated is nobody’s ever been worth me constantly waiting…until now. The most trivial thought of her stuns me to the point that I can only say...wow. My smile has transformed into a puzzled look. It’s been over a year and these emotions cannot be shook. She caught me hook, line, and sinker; now excuse me as I tinker with my heart for it has been destroyed. Eternally confined to the dark corner of my soul, waiting for the day she asks me to fill her void.
