Vision Of Beauty, A True Heroine,
number three of the series
She bravely stood there
her heart- its love
unfurling into the evening winds
in the wide open meadow
Nature her ally,
beauty and eager soul her shield
none but the perceptive,
the keen,
the wise,
those bothering to deeper see
saw the angel
saw the invisible tears
the enormity of heartache
as sun and sky conspired
to cast golden rays
and thus her spirit transform
from despair,
from sorrowing, from grievous doubts
and in a mere blink
command blooming flowers
to gift sweetest aroma
and deep essence of beauty
unto one in need
unto she
a true heroine
a mother
watching her beloved child
in the glowing meadow
dancing barefoot
and laughing so gaily with
purest innocence of childish glee
