Vision

Pondering if you'll come back home… You left ajar my door Soon enough, you'll be so tired of roaming about Wondering if you still care… I guess not anymore Your eyes show me that you're on another route There's a vision in your elegant eyes Stop saying your goodbyes in lullabies Nervous to say the least how time flies Sadness will no longer be our tune, for it dries and dies Zipping through the lows, then the highs There's a vision in your eyes...in your eyes... Can't stand your little truths, turning into lies I can slightly hear your midnight cries… Your tiresome sighs and heartless goodbyes You didn't even answer my replies… But, I won't ask my countless why's Because we apparently cut ties... Shelter me by your lovely touch Instead, you left me all alone Times get tough You moved on and had enough I'm honestly on my own Meandering aimlessly in the wilderness of lost love Your busy mind illuminates my own from up above There's a vision in your elegant eyes Stop saying your goodbyes in lullabies Nervous to say the least how time flies Sadness will no longer be our tune, for it dries and dies Zipping through the lows, then the highs There's a vision in your eyes...in your eyes... Can't stand your little truths, turning into lies I can slightly hear your midnight cries… Your tiresome sighs and heartless goodbyes You didn't even answer my replies… But, I won't ask my countless why's Because we apparently cut ties... There's a vision in your eyes Can't deny you're living your complicated life Unattainable truths led to utter lies Can't lie - you've been through so much strife I've been under the weather with your love flu I've been feeling better after the shock of almost losing you The calm and blessed breeze reminds me of you And the tranquility trees as well - a scenery so swell Who knew the vision in your eyes were at ease With dignity and bravery, but only time will surely tell
