Beautifully composed. If you deleted a line it wouldn't have been fascinating. I need to read more about Ecphrasis. In regard to my choka poems...sorry; I cannot minimize any line; papers stretch, no compromise. May I suggest that you alter the rules in which you can say "between 10 to 20 lines?" Thank you.

I love the idea of art poems. I am delighted that you are having this contest. I replaced an earlier one about the same painting because of the line length. I had written this one at the same time...
