Notes About The Poem

Hi my dear sweet souperszz,

here again, navigating through life with this soul-bleed ~
from the heart ...

For Rob Carmack's Contest,

~ King of Terrors ~

Venom and Psyche

I am the Heartbeat,
of gold drenched Sun-blades;
telepathising with the topaz tremors
     of tumultous rain,
channelising the chameleon waves
through those thermal thistles
that vibrate with change ~
enclosed within cloistered claws
   of diminished dreams,
 that delude with nothing -
but the clementine hexaverse
                          of your hateful heat

  ~ O, 11:11 dahlia angel-waters ~
superficial to the stupefied demons,
perhaps, poison is another poem
palpitating with perennial pain,
remembering the fragments of past
through hallucinating tongues ~
that speak not in faux-leather fluency,
but remain a verse without revisal
in the clan of claustrophobic prisoners,
being the slave of my barbaric bleeds,
tied to the torment of this
                    u n t o u c h e d Psyche

I never honed the impersonated art
of secluded sympathy,
neither those snake-bitten stars
could ever replicate
the wrath of this sepia wraith ~
strangling the strangers
in my synonymous syllables ,
              breaking through
      bohemian saharas
        and black velvet blurs,
   as eagle-feathered citrines ~
                drape the devil,
     vivacious beneath
            those onyx sunsets ~
    sequined with sinners,
and slipping
within the stardust vortex,
    vehement with
              my violet-skinned
                 si g n a
                       tures ~...

my monarch
of moonflower mantras,
heed to the obsidian oath
     kissed by The Venom ~
the King of Terrors ,
of my kyanite veins ~
  roaring with ruthless rage,
as I honour your web of woes
with these wordless Hands of Horror -

     there is no f a c a d e
          that can protect you
from the timeless
    withdrawal of sapphire-soul

for, with every phase ~
I have recognised
my favourite fallacy ~
    the esoteric elegance of grief,
faltering through
fingers of faults
   within the flowing fantasy
   of free-waltzing feral-fire ~
because I do not concur
the contemporary calmness,
glowing in
the lavender breeze
of prophecy crystals ,
          rather ...

I own my spirit ~
   like the life-lorn Lioness,
embellished with the teardrops of t i m e,

                       the one,
               with her calligraphic crown ~
              curating quotes of peace
       through her untamed temperance,
        pulsating the emerald essence
        of clock-painted eyes ~
             in the palpitating voice
                           of these pearlescent

           ~ p o e t i c v e n t r i c l e s ~

I felt those line I quoted so deeply! Gosh! "there is no f a c a d e that can protect you from the timeless withdrawal of sapphire-soul " how appropriate is this? 😢 hurts deeply! But its true! And in between those lines what I feel is wisdom! "glowing in the lavender breeze of prophecy crystals , rather ..." sigh! Lavender breeze feels nostalgic here but haunting!!! Youv written one that flows in such eloquence my angelic star! I am in awe! And I felt this one

As someone who loves angel numbers. And take it as signs and have written impromptu poems at especially 11 11 i loved your mention of 11 11 there! And this is such a powerful poem, so many lines here resonate and speak to my soul, as if they just depict what my heart too feels! Hurt. Heartbreak. I really love the alliterations, poetic techniques used here and when I read you my angelic star I feel like you read me too soulfully! " my monarch of moonflower mantras, heed to the obsidian oath kissed by The Venom ~" ugh

💯🫶 Seeing 11:11 w/ clock eyes, a powerful symbol of synchronicity, awakening, & alignment with the universe, the moment of noticing, the psychological pattern. I love its rebellious tone, yet a kyanite (calm energy). There is so much to immerse myself in & let it simmer throughout my mind, thus meticulously mended, weavings of a great storyteller of a goddess & her king of terrors jaw dropping Bright star⭐you are Bravisimo! Awwwn my dear sweet Anaya, you definitely are a spiritual feeler i must say! You truly caught on the vibe exactly as I was feeling while writing this poem, it was complex yet so intricately aligned with the universe ~ 11:11 ~ the sense of introspection here and the psychological awakening yes, just how I intended it to be. What more can I hope for than to be understood to the very essence of what I hv written? You make me feel honoured. Thank you so much queenzie, the beautiful soul star you yourself are! ⭐🍁💫 n i loveee the moonflowerrrr thank u for the fav 😍❤️‍🔥🌹🥹

Dear Hiya, what a dark, incandescent, and stunningly visceral tour de force. Where your earlier poem to your mother bloomed with peach-blush florals and tender protection, this one descends fearlessly into the shadow self, a mythic, raw confrontation between raw vulnerability and sovereign, untamed power. Your language here does not merely paint a picture, it strikes, coils, and burns. I say astonishing, fiercely powerful, and unforgettable work of gothic avant-garde verse. Loved, Blessings Daniel

in-depth feedback of my poem, seriously, reading your analysis is like a whole new experience! Of being understood on an intellectual level of poetry! Oh the mind you possess ~ you understood every bit of the introspection that I have layered here. And for that, I'm sincerely grateful! Always.. hope the weekend has been treating you nicely ~ sending best wishes and warmth 🧚 🍁 💫 ⭐

"poison is another poem palpitating with perennial pain, remembering the fragments of past" -- Ain't that the bitter Truth! -- "I own my spirit ~ like the life-lorn Lioness, embellished with the teardrops of t i m e," -- Indeed, one needs to take more control of one's own destiny, it is our birthright. " through her untamed temperance, pulsating the emerald essence of clock-painted eyes ~ in the palpitating voice of these pearlescent ~ p o e t i c v e n t r i c l e s ~" Wonderful poetry!

A mesmerising piece of surreal free verse—its cascading layout, fractured spacing, and lavish colour imagery make the emotion feel physically alive on the page. The poem turns pain into an incantatory landscape of venom, grief, resilience, and self-possession; its final “poetic ventricles” is especially striking, returning us beautifully to the living, wounded heart at its centre.

Hiya, I have been transported by the sheer defiance of your valiant encounters of the psychological ilk. The spirited rendition of your various venomous episodes compel thunderous rounds of stirring applause. They evoke admiration of the most enduring kind and rightly so. My close to the heart preferences are “telepathising with the topaz tremors,” “impersonated art of secluded sympathy,” “pulsating the emerald essence.”🔥🔥🔥⭐ Best of luck to you. Warm waves, Howard

Your incredible lovely poem, "Venom and Psyche," is rich with vivid imagery and emotional depth, dear Hiya. It's a complex tapestry of emotions and symbolism that draws the reader into an introspective journey. The language is both beautiful and intense, offering a unique blend of darkness and enlightenment. The poem might feel challenging at times due to its abstract nature, but it ultimately rewards careful reading and reflection. It's originality, evocative power and higher diction are impressive.
