Valentines Day

The store aisles are now filled,                                            with red~pink running everywhere.                                    Hearts of all sizes can be found,                                          from cards to candy to animals.                                          With all this stuff,                                                              what is one to buy.                                                            I harkened back to that day,                                              our first Valentine’s Day when you were away.                      A simple~beautiful card we each mailed,                              our cards were each filled with love~kisses.
