Uprooting dreams of yesterday, time sows seeds of tomorrow. And cultivates misery, watered with tears of sorrow. Love's no longer on the scene, trust has eroded to rust. And stored somewhere in my heart, hope's slowly collecting dust. Paradise turns to desert when the wind whispers your name. For, from the moment you left, my life's never been the same. Tattered, dried-out memories, now crumple at my touch. And blow away with the wind, not counting for very much. The sun continues to shine, and the sky is just as blue. But, my reason for living disappeared, along with you. (Quatrain) 2/1/2016

Thanks Pashang, but there is no need to feel sorry for me... this is fiction... I write on what I see, not aimed at anyone specific but a general observation of life. Emile.

Reminds me of songs with the same thing such as "Yesterday" by the Beatles. Moving work here! Peace & Love Matthew Anish
