Unmanifested
An evening on the patio:
Armies of birds flying across
Golden-rimmed shadows that move like
Continents floating across now
Late aging blue, blushed golden glint.
An evening on the patio:
Clouds are cooling and slinking past,
As I turn unmanifested.
Being boils out with this new chill,
The sun's blind shouting has ended.
An evening on the patio
Is the morning of a new life.
I was looking for something that
I already was; miracles
And truths seen in reflection in
An evening on the patio.
