The sun casts shadows through the wood.
The wind taking as many leaves as it could,
And there the majestic Reindeer stood.
Yesterday its where you and I had stood,
Right in that shaded part of the wood.
I would love us to be there again if we could.
To embrace you as before, I know I never could,
Uttering you didn’t love me, it was there you stood.
I’ll never go back to that sad reminder in the Wood.
The wood was not to be stood, I’d avoid it when I could.
