Universe Do You Hear My Pleas

Thinking I worry to often And I'll be put in a coffin If I don't calm down a bit Before I throw a mental fit With all the daily confusion That has been slowly infusing My life with things hard to handle Like someone blew out the candle That was lit and glowing bright And my only guiding light To steer me away from this Was broken for me to miss There has to be something or someone Who can undo what I've done Helping me reverse my thoughts Before they are stuck and caught In my mind where they will be Haunting my world endlessly Can someone get me where I don't mind or have a care When things in life get unraveled On a bumpy road of gravel That can leave me bruised and battered And my actions thrown and scattered Through days of uncertainties Universe just hear my pleas And show me there is a chance For a new and better glance At my life and where it's leading Hopefully somewhere it's feeding My heart with the inspiration That feels so titillating

I understand these feelings all too well. I hate confusion, and it's been said that uncertainty is the worst of all ailments, and I am inclined to agree. I truly identified with this piece, Sweet Pea; thanks for sharing it with us <3

I know exactly how you were feeling when you wrote this one, Robin! Things can become so confusing and frustrating, that we don't know what to do next. I hope that you have some good friends who you can trust. And I hope a clear path will find you soon!
