Union

Union In these ephemeral connections of branch to trunk twigs to the streams of leaf and leaves to air partake On the petaled opening flower in tinted teased naked hues dripping such savage shades within fire buds In dawning as the sun tingled with a planets quiet breathing the calm lucidity of sultry undertone hushed augur of night In the bell chimed ring replying to skylarks winging proclamations alarms quick and open calls to fields of incessant yearning Within the crashing waves and seething currents dangers Against the commiseration of rocks should fall hearts broken Yes; even with these the never ending march of days and yes; even in the dizzy clouds thunderous applauding and the crackled fire of my ever gasp wondered lightning With feathers With the eyes of Valentino and with the hands of children With passion I feel you My love

A lot of nature here, while soudning ever so mystical. I understand how this broadens one's perspective, and a vivid picture that transcends our existance. Thanks. Jan

The tying of emotion to things is a great poetic device, that really forces itself on the reader. This is done so well in this and it helps to push the narrative to its denouement. The structure is great. the intrusion of the trioc and then the abandonment of the couplet structure adds much to the last lines. The approach is unusual, but all the better for it.
