My-oh-my Elaine...what a sad beauty THIS is. I had a similar experience with my grandma. She was in a 'retirement' complex in Kentucky when I last saw her. She held tightly onto my arm, not wanting to let go (I think she knew) She was standing at the door watching as we pulled out of the parking lot...that memory will never leave me - Tim
