I believe in the truth of your profound words CayCay. To truly forgive oneself or to forgive someone else is an act of love that our free will allows us to do, if we so choose. If we choose to forgive then the mind, heart and soul is freed. A beautifully expressed write my lovely friend. Love and hugs ~Susan

It seems easier said than done, wouldn't you agree? I know a lot of people who talk the talk but can't walk the walk. You're poem is so truthful in it's elegance, CayCay. I only wish more people would give it a chance.
