Undying Flame
The day you left
All I could do is think about you more
reminiscing every second we spent together
I thought about you more and more
As each day passed
It all began from the moment we met
I’m afraid it’ll never end
I thought of you more and more
More than the day I last saw you
I felt like I lost you
What did I lose?
something I never had
someone that wasn’t mine
How could you not be mine?
We knew each other for a few days
Was it love ?
Did I have yours?
Did you feel mine?
We were filled with desire and lust
I couldn’t keep my hands off of you
The passion was so great and intense
I never want to depart
In your arms I was content
Heavens I felt with your kiss
This passion of ours was short and long
both at the same time
It wasn’t meant to be
Perhaps it is
Perhaps it was in our previous life
Perhaps you were mine then
We now met again in this life
With the same ardor and fire
Forever burning fire
If only it was the right time like it was back then
I wouldn’t have been suffering
I would rest with delight in your arms
That’s just how I feel
This is what I bear
I don’t know about you
In both ways this fire will never burn out
Lucky I am to have met you
If you never return
I hope we do meet again
And never depart
I leave my mind and heart to wander and reminisce about you and us
And let fate play our destiny.
