Undetected Cotards Syndrome

She knew she was dead so she did not answer the doctor or the nurse or the orderly or anyone else why don’t they leave a corpse alone? She thought They might have guessed she had Cotard’s Syndrome if she had answered them, but then again, maybe not. There are only two hundred known cases worldwide. Shut up! I am dead, she angrily thought. By not speaking she became one of the thousands of other cases of people who suffer from Cotard’s Syndrome. Her caregivers are nowhere close to guessing this though.

Aha, I looked it up. That describes me exactly!!! I am the walking dead. My internal organs have been missing for years, and I am just a shadow of my former self! Don't write; don't call; I am no longer at home....geez, I've lost it!
