To all that dwell under celestial skies while looking up from our telluric place, come thoughts of awe and wonder, as our eyes breathe in a new dawn, or the twinkling grace of stars and planets gleaming from deep space. Huge cloud formations from a westwind flee, full moons, colored arcs, thund'rous thorns we see. With one united voice throughout the land, may we give humble thanks and praise, as we admire the art of an almighty hand. [Dizain] Written 14 Oct 2020

There was an advert on TV, can't remember for what or why but the message was 'To all out there, best wishes from the children of Planet Earth.' I hope all the uncountable galaxies high above us get our message, or at least some of them. Imagine how busy God was to create this unfathomable universe . An excellent poem John my friend. Hugs and blessings Jenn.

Unfathomable indeed, what a perfect word for the universe out there. Though it's easy to feel small, God has ways of reminding us we are significant.

What a mesmerizing tapestry of the skies, (and 'telluric' is a new word for me!) I see congratulations are in order, and richly deserved~

Thank you very much, my friend. The words of amazing poets such as yourself are always confidence boosters. The word I originally had was 'terrestrial' until I realized from the syllable counter that it had one too many. 'Telluric' was new for me as well!

Congratulations John! Your poem earned a distinguished place in my contest. This contest was difficult to judge, calling for exacting syllable counts and perfect rhymes, as requirements of this form. Well done my friend, Emile.
