Uncharted Time

Beyond each moment is an uncharted shore,
future time which I’m not privileged to see.
My past is a collection of all things before,
and future moments are how I wish them to be.
I surround myself with the things I love,
and during these brief moments I feel restored.
Unpleasant remembrances I rid myself of,
by recalling good moments which I've stored.
