As I consider my words, I cringe and bow my head On the wall, innocuous blood was smeared Work, rest, and sleep are all intertwined There are spirits wandering the streets Who shout for justice, equality, and freedom They died never seeing their quest bear fruit.

Such a strong write Lassad. So many martyrs to the cause of justice and freedom. In the Ukraine, men die for such noble causes but will such efforts ever bear fruit? Just too much evil in the world. I hope that you are well. Sincerely, Brian

Sadly the fate of many, Lasaad. I have known a missionary that went 45 years before one person got her message and was saved. All we can do is be who we are, the results are beyond our abilities. Strong poetry with passiion and message, my dear friend. Write On! Bill

Hi Lasaad, To have done so much for a cause and not see the fruit of their labor is so sad indeed. Perhaps it will be seen in the lives of their children and children’s children. Thanks for penning such a sobering write. Excellent job my friend-Alecis
