Hello Hugo, I seek comfort from pain by being positive. I listen to soothing music to calm down. I read quotes that refers to me. i do all these things to heal. It works for me. I look aheadnow. the past is gone. Love you more. /Darlene/

This poem really, really true. Pain is afflection and a motivation. Pain can be physically or emotionally damaging. But, it can also meant a weapon, a reason to learned and a motivation to move forward in life positively. The weight of the pain is requires medication consultation or seek comfort of healing from a friend, a confidante advices. Love you here, Darlene./Hugo.
