Notes About The Poem

When ones truth becomes distorted, letting outside influences mold our thoughts and actions, we lose ourselves in the abyss of no return.

Truth

Truth lies within us all
                  Tarnished by our egos,
                  Taunting evil voices
                  Trusting bad decisions,
                  Toughen, bruised and shattered
                  Transgressions repeated
                  Trapped, a vicious cycle
