Trees
Longest lived of living things,
Some trees last two thousand years.
These natural resources
Give us oxygen.
Trees absorb nasty carbon,
Thus saving us from ourselves
And belching automobiles.
We must save our trees.
Trees are indispensable.
Buffer from wind, shade from sun,
And I have but just begun
To name their uses.
