My new goal is to attain total absolute depression, because then I'll know that nothing will ever get worse again.

Wrong.... to attain that goal... (goal?) is not a goal as you are naturally inclined to it... but to whisk it away would be a true and charitable gift to yourself and to those of us who love you. Amy
