Cruelty flies Humanity lies Loud sighs Painful cries Corruption in action Reduction of passion Loss of truthfulness Growth of madness What does the world know Who made the good go What happened to everything What more could the people bring All of the minds are corrupt All of the values are mopped Poor youth of today Destroyed in every way Today I pray For this world to find a way Almost lost all my hope Like a man hung on a rope Today is nothing new Things were never true Once my precious trust Now have turned to rust Today I have a wish For all conflict to diminish I had wished it was the end I was so tired to pretend Today I wish the best For all to pass on life's test Because I still have faith That a better future we can create Today is just a day And yesterday had passed its way So now I will just say Oh well, tomorrow's another day
