To Whom It May Concern
To whom it may concern
I write theses words to thee
I want you to know who I am
And who I want to be
I want to show you all the things
I've tried my best to hide
Not the "me" I show the world
But the "me" I store inside
The feelings that I never show
The world outside my space
THe feelings you just can't understand
When you're not of this place
THe "me" I am when I first awake
And all my guards are down
The "really" me that will emerge
When others aren't around
The "me" that cries of hurt inside
The "me" that reveals the pain
The "me" that feels when kindness kills
And experience love in vain
I want you to know who I am
When I am without my smile
I want someone to cry with me
And hug my inner - child
To whom it may concern
Someday I hope you'll care
Someday I hope you will receive
This "me" I choose to share.
